    Adam RobinsonAdam Robinson is a noted recruiting industry expert, speaker, and author.  Currently, Adam serves as a Sr. Business Development Manager at Volt.  He is the co-founder of illuma, a leader in low-cost recruiting solutions, and the creator of the Ionix Hiring System, a full suite of interview and assessment tools for high-growth organizations.  His blog, www.betterhiringtoday.com, is a top-ranked destination for business managers who want the latest tips on how to make better hiring decisions.

    He was selected as the keynote speaker at the Human Resources Outsourcing Association’s first-ever national Recruitment Process Outsourcing Conference.  Adam has been published in the trade publications of over 30 business and HR organizations, including Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), the National Association of Manufacturers, the Human Capital Institute (HCI), and the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).
